Cue the sad trombone. The numbers are in for Friday, April 3rd, and Dollhouse received its lowest ratings yet. It’s over, and I will buy everyone who reads this site a frosty treat if it gets renewed by FOX.
April 3rd’s episode “Needs” was slightly better than the beginning episodes, but still not as good as “Man on the Street.” It was upsetting because we finally got to see some of the characters, especially Victor, show some actual personality and that’s what the show’s been lacking from the beginning.
Now I’m just wondering if I should stop watching the show, or ride it out to the end. If it somehow gets good towards the end and finishes with a tantalizing cliffhanger I’m really gonna hate Whedon for that. How dare you end a show that was likely to be canceled with a cliffhanger!
Don’t believe what you read, without ratings improvement, Dollhouse won’t return [TV by the Numbers]
